Terms and conditions

*The dates will be guaranteed once the agreed payment of the reservation is made, but if you only save your date without any payment, we will not be able to guarantee the reservation if another client requests the same date later.

*The refund will only be made in the event that the singer cannot attend the event (which has never happened). In case of cancellation by the client, the payment is not refundable, this is because by agreeing on a date, other clients who want the same date cannot reserve, and by canceling, those clients are no longer available and we lose those reservations. What is done in these cases is to reschedule the event date according to the client, without any additional cost, as long as they are the same specifications of the original reservation. 

*This free rescheduling will only be valid if canceled in advance, no later than 48 hours before the event, but not the same day of the event, nor 1 day before.

    *The reservation can be made by PayPal, with your PayPal account or with a credit        or debit card. You can also pay in cash.
